Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date qualify for a full refund, minus processing fees.

Cancellations 24-48 Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before check-in incur a 50% charge of the booking amount. You will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Within 24 Hours or No-Show_
Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Show
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.
Full Refund Policy
Guests are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Cancellation made 48 hours or more before check-in date
- Rate Type: Booking was made on a standard refundable rate
- No Modifications: No previous cancellations or modifications to the booking
Processing Fees: A nominal processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction costs.
Partial Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in will receive a partial refund:
- Refund Amount: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded
- Charge Applied: 50% cancellation charge will be retained by the hotel
No Refund Policy
The following situations are non-refundable:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in date
- No-show (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation)
- Early departure from the hotel
- Bookings made under non-refundable promotional rates
Early Departures
Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for the remaining nights.
We recommend confirming your travel plans before booking to avoid early departure charges.
Special Promotions
Bookings under special promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable unless stated in the promotion terms.

Alternative Solutions May Include:

- - Issuing travel credit valid for 12 months
